Madhya Pradesh Chapter of National Coalition for Natural Farming (NCNF) is a collaborative initiative to promote the practice of agro ecology-based farming in its multiple variants. In doing so, it collaborates with multiple stakeholders in the ecosystem including CSOs, government departments, research and academic institutes. It seeks to become a dynamic interactive platform to share knowledge, build capacities, and extend practice of agro ecology-based farming amongst all stakeholders, including farmers, entrepreneurs, aggregators, value chain developers, and investors, both from the private and public sectors.
In order to achieve the aforesaid objective SRIJAN is inviting applications from Young, talented Development Professional for the Documentation, Monitoring, Research (DMR) work of the Natural Farming initiatives of CSO Partners in Madhya Pradesh.

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline
Experience: Atleast 3 years of working in connection with farmers and knowledge of farming both natural and chemical

· Coordinate and supervise CRPs to ensure regular farm visit and data collection · Checking and validation of data collected by CRPs · Ensure data gaps are addressed by CRPs · Entry of farm diary data in suggested tools · Supervise and coordinate soil sample collection and transportation · Attend training programs organised for data collection, soil sampling and other field measurements · Coordinate and support execution of selected field measurement exercises · Coordinate and address concerns in operation for CRPs as well as research coordinators. · Attend and report during weekly meeting with research coordinators and occasional meetings with DMR team |
