We have pioneered tools and methodologies that identify people with the right attitude to work with the rural poor, thus moving from a cognitive intelligence (IQ) based selection to an Emotional Intelligence (or EQ) based selection.

We have designed institutional structures that promote greater participation and are accountable to the rural communities that they aim to work with.
